Summary

The Admin Assistant, Sr is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones, greeting all visitors, assisting accounts receivable, data entry, and purchasing.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

 

  • Answers phones, greets visitors, and maintains office supplies / equipment
  • Processes accounts receivables and tracks past due invoices
  • Processes incoming invoices and assists with resolving billing issues
  • Purchases, receives, and maintains inventory for stock items
  • Assists logistics with inbound and outbound shipments
  • Serves as back up for Job entry, job creation, and BOM entry (ERP System)
  • Completes data entry for management reports and production use
  • Assists with service orders

 

 

Qualifications

The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a clerical role
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects and information with accurate turnaround under tight timeframes
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
