Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner to join our global manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for driving the optimization of the ServiceNow platform, supporting global business processes, and leading initiatives to maximize its value across the organization.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

  • Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog in alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, platform administrators, IT leadership, and global teams, to gather and prioritize requirements. 
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle of ServiceNow modules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices from concept to deployment. 
  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, Discovery, HW/SD Asset Management, Employee Center) in line with organizational needs and industry standards. 
  • Stay up to date on ServiceNow platform enhancements and new features to maintain expertise and drive continuous improvements. 
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to scale the platform globally and integrate it with other enterprise systems. 
  • Identify and resolve platform challenges to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator). 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including platform design, development, and deployment. 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and capabilities. 
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and product management frameworks. 
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the global scaling and integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. 
  • Prior experience in a global manufacturing or Fortune 500 environment.
